April 27, 2020
Just a heads up on the blog...

There were a few links added below on the last post (April 24).  There was a link to the Consecration to St. Joseph but now there are two more links below it.

More coming soon.
thanks

P.S.
Also remember to check 'THIS JUST IN" in the Current Updates.  It is the place where I keep a 'journal' of all the work done (added, changed, corrected) on the blog in chronological order.  Pray that I stay on top of it!  I'm already missing stuff...peace 😇

Hello Everyone,
April 24, 2020

As you are aware, Rachel has returned and we are back to the usual Friday work days for Ministry stuff.  There is one more update that was posted to the Latest Mission section and there will be more in the coming weeks etc.

Thanks and let us remain in solidarity in prayer during this difficult time.

Check out the world consecration to St. Joseph that Fr. Donald Calloway is promoting and is catching fire!

Hello Everyone,
Happy Feast of the Divine Mercy
April 19, 2020

There is another update for the "Latest Mission' page section regarding the dates from April 12-15.

Also, for the feast of Divine Mercy and for future reference there are the following videos.  Some are for if you have never prayed it before and the rest are if you are already familiar with this prayer chaplet.

I will list them below but they will also be stored in the "Prayer Section" at the top right heading of the blog.

Thanks and take care.

Hello Everyone,
April 16, 2020

So, just to let you know that there were quite a few additions uploaded to the blog.
As usual when Rachel is away, whoever is with her writes whatever they can and we put it in the 'Latest Mission' section.  In this case, we are adapting with the Covid-19 in mind and we are making do.   Along with putting these updates and documents in the 'Latest Mission' I have also added some to the appropriate 'Teaching' section but also added them to the "Urgent Messages/Corona411" section.

Thanks and STAY SAFE.
God bless and Happy Easter!

All that really matters is that we continue to pray and plead with the Lord who, in His Justice and Mercy, has allowed this chastisement.   It is not my place to comment, but I don't think it is a stretch to say that we can take this terrible situation and use it to cultivate a prayer life and a change in lifestyle that we might not have realized we needed, had things remained the same.

Maybe this passage can be applied in these times:
Luke 18:7-8
And will not God grant justice to his chosen ones who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long in helping them? 8 I tell you, he will quickly grant justice to them. And yet, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?”

One of the documents posted today was about Anxiety and I leave you with today's patron Saint Benedict Joseph Labre.  He is the patron Saint of the homeless and those who suffer from anxiety and mental illness.  To learn more about this unique saint you can click here to watch a 2 minute video on Youtube.

Hello Everyone,
April 11, 2020
Happy Easter.

Just a short update about Rachel, but this is mostly to send out a list of great movies to watch during this special time (click the yellow link below called '"Easter Quarantine-Movie List'). She says "Happy Easter to Everyone". I can hear in her voice how difficult this trip is. There is so much going on and her niece is helping so much. They went out driving yesterday all over Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge. There are already three souls of children that God has brought to Rachel. The real updates will be coming through the official channel of the prayer list but I just wanted to write a little preface ahead of the 'NETFLIX' list because I had to call her to see if it was okay in the first place.

Please continue to pray as these are extraordinary times and never has there been a worldwide event that almost 'equalizes' everyone's situation. Never has there been an opportunity to grow and come together.  It's also an opportunity to cultivate a prayer life which would have been otherwise impossible the way things were going 'pre-corona'. Maybe God is trying to get our attention so that we put 'First things first".

Anyway, here is the list of movies that I compiled, so you can also feed your soul while passing the time.

Easter Quarantine - Movie List

“We can ignore even pleasure. But pain insists upon being attended to. God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks in our conscience, but shouts in our pains: it is his megaphone to rouse a deaf world.”

Hello Everyone,
April 2, 2020
(Feast of St. Frances of Paola and
the 15th anniversary of JPII's death)

Here's a video updating us the why and how of the next Mission Trip to Kitchener Ontario.

Thanks for your patience and please feel free to pass along a link to this blog so that many will know the source of the Corona Virus and how to fight against it spiritually and physically.

The words of the prayer that God asks us to pray while Rachel is away fighting the good fight on our behalf:

“God, please tear down any stronghold.  Only Jesus Christ can wash, with His Precious blood, the air, the ground, the people.  Please, Lord, I know it is a short prayer but I know you can hear it.  Please help control this Covid-19, to go away, we beg you Lord.  And we thank you for doing so.  We love you so much.  We all ask forgiveness.  Thank you Lord.  Amen."
